I put Foxes on about 1500 miles ago, they’ve been great so far. It’s all about the driving you do - I’m 100% on road, so they work for me.
Fox 2.5" internal bypass shock and springs off a 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro.
Adds about 1" in height. Rides a bit firmer that stock shocks on paved roads and performs great off-road.
No, I put a set of KYB Gas-A-Justs in it with the stock springs after i discovered a weepy front shock.
My two cents. KYB is great, don’t buy a eco KYB get something in the daily driver to performance range. The cheap KYB are just too hard riding IMO.
I have around 20k on KYB gas adjust shocks and like them alot.
With my weight of only 60kgs medyo natigasan ako sa stock shocks so i upgraded it with the softer kyb v3 which me and a lot of ab users would agree the best aftermarket shocks for its price range.
At the comp level you get Fox Rhythm 36 in the front and Float X in the back. Nice stuff for what most people will do with the bike.
Go for the Fox. I have them, I like them.
I'm running KYB shocks right now (not yet lowered) and it's a pretty reasonable ride
Every time I get kyb they work great for like 6 months to a year and then they suck. I put the OEM shocks on my truck cause I didnt wanna keep changing them.
