Ride is amazing.
Bilstien shocks are designed for off-road and to keep you on the ground at higher speeds. I love Bilstein.
Bilsteins, they don't ride like anything else.
Bilstien 4600s are awesome. Had a set on an 00 tundra last damn near 200k miles
I always spring for bilsteins. They’re so much better than anything else.
ICON 07-14 FJ Cruiser/03-24 4Runner/03-23 Lexus GX, 2" Lift, Rear Spring Kit, ICON coil conversion kit, and Bilstein 5100s all around. Use OEM front coils. Fantastic ride quality.
I eventually ended up changing all 4 shocks to the B4's and it has been good too.
I have 5100s on my Tacoma and they made a great replacement to my OEM shocks. Kept it at factory height. Less nose dive when braking makes all the difference to me.
Bilstein B6 monotube shocks work only with stock ride height springs. With a chassis as light as the IS300, they’ll give you a much stiffer ride than the other options. Some drivers like it; but you may worsen traction on roads in poor condition. Comfort will similarly degrade. Their main advantages are that they won’t fade in prolonged aggressive driving and they last a long time.
Bilstein 5100's are junk! 3 out of 4 of mine failed. (Blown Seals)I don't even go off road with my truck. They won't stand behind them without original receipts, where purchased, when purchased etc. etc. etc.........
