Shock absorbers Bilstein or FOX

My dad and I put 5100s on out fj and love them. Actually rides significantly better than stock.

I personally have been a Bilstien H&R fan since my first mk4 Frankingolf where I tore down and rebuilt a 4 door golf into a 4 door gti. Have stuck with that combo ever since and that is the ONLY thing that has always worked according to plan.

Bilstein are awesome- but the price is not. I put a set on a 2000 F150 4x4 that I once had and couldn’t believe how much better the truck drove.

I can still rip sweepers at 120mph like my friend with Bilstein B6's, but my car rides so much better over the small uneven bits of pavement.

Just put on a new set of Bilstein 4600's and am liking it. Feels stock and back to new again. Not too stiff, but certainly not squishy like the old worn ones.

I just did Bilsteins on my 2500 burb. They work great.

Yes B4's should help.

Drader has swapped for B6s in the rear of his Alltrack so has 1st hand experience with it's effects.

The PSS10 actually do OK on the track. They soak up high speed bumps nicely. I have front and rear H&R bars, so even though there is some roll, it is less than say, SHS. It is around town where this combo feels harsh to me.

My car is out of alignment too (neuspeed sport springs/bilstein shocks/17" rims). From what I am told, after having the car aligned 3 times, the only way I can get it back into alignment is to reinstall the stock springs / shocks.
