Engine oil Shell or OEM Mazda

Super love yung long ride sa XSR700 ko, swabe ng feel sa clutch and shifter.

For Naturally-Aspirated Skyactiv engines, it is highly recommended that you use Mazda's own(Idemitsu) high molly GF-5 0w-20. Arguably it is one of the best oil for skyactiv engines.

Shell helix ultra o é o segundo melhor na minha opinião.

Can’t go wrong with Rotella T6. It’s marketed as a diesel engine oil, but gas engines love the stuff too. It’s just not great for catalytic converters, because it contains a high amount of anti-wear and anti-friction additives.

I'm using Shell Advancen AX7 10w-40 na 800ml sa ADV 160 ko. Swak na swak yun!

I use 5w30, I used to use Schaeffer but it's too expensive now so I switched to Rotella.

Oil consumption was the biggest issue when running 5w30. Changed to a 5w40, 10w30, and then got recommend 15w40 and oil consumption stopped

Rotella T6 ! Zero issues.

I’ve been using T6 for 8 years now and it still lubricates the car. The car burns oil though so it’s always getting fresh stuff.

I did use the Shell T6 Rotella 5W40 for 4 OCI's and then got a misfire issue. When my mechanic was going thru the possible symptoms he asked what oil i used. When i told him it's a full synthetic deisel truck oil he shook his head and said that not a good idea. Too thick, and that could have an impact.
