So did the oil change today. Mobil 1 0w-40, changed the filter as well, after about 20 miles I can sense a bit more smoothness and slightly better throttle response as compared to whatever else was there.

Pros: more smoothness, better response

My car runs full synthetic, no additives. I find a 2.0 engine oil filter mount swap(from cartridge to screw on), royal purple filter, and penzoil ultra/platinum are an amazing combination.

When I did my oil change about 800-900 miles ago I used Mobil 1 0w-40 and so far I'm loving it more than which was last in there which was 5w-40 used at a VW dealer them selves.

mobil 1 5-40 diesel truck blend has it, just referenced my blackstone labs report after 6k miles was still over 1000

Pros: high zinc levels, good after 6k miles

Over 50k big turbo miles on Mobil 1 10w 30 full synthetic. I love the oil, try some 10w 30 :thumbup:
