I use Castrol for my 05 320 cdi. It meets the extended service oil spec, but I run it as "regular" oil.
I run Lucas in all 3 holes and my bike has been cooler, less noise and shifts smoother than it did when I got it and it had Harley fluids in it.
I use for 2 years Castrol 5w30 its perfect after for top up i use Ina (croatian motor oil) and works perfect
My 2006 WRX has 323k on Castrol 10w-30.
I run Castrol GTX conventional oil in my 1972 Chevy C10 (350). I also ran that in a 1976 BMW 2002 I had in the 80s.
I'm a Castrol syntec guy and I like Kirkland oil. So that's what my cars get.
I'm personally running Castrol in the BMW bottle.
Got some numbers for the oil pressure Water temp around 90-95C/194F. Ambient temp 28C/82F Oil 5W30 Castrol Edge LL Hot idle 20 PSI 2000RPM 60 PSI 3-5000RPM 70 PSI Looks okay?
Doesn't really matter that much, we ran 0W-20 for a while and now have 0W-30 A5 in our Civic.
Yes, Castrol is crapola, so is Kendall. Valvoline is the best.
