Engine oil Castrol or AMSOIL
From wear ratings and certification Amsoil, Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, Mobil 1 (Extended Interval). Amsoil I only use for track days, since I swap the oil out at 3.5-4K.
Real synthetic oil is way better than regular oil. Even full synthetic oil is better than regular oil. But if you want the best oil for the money look into Amsoil signature series. This oil is a true 100% synthetic oil and will prevent wear and quiet an engine down better than regular oil. I had a lifter tick in my Volvo 850 and it was caused by the pickup tube seal wearing away. I put Amsoil signature series in it and the film strength of the oil was so good it stopped ticking for a year before I had the seal replaced.
After 12 years and 45K miles. I took a 05 Mustang and added a supercharger. For the next three years , and 15K miles, I took it drag racing and high performance track day driving. Wanting more horsepower, I had the engine rebuilt with forged performance parts. When the engine builder measured the wear in the block, everything was still within factory specifications. I had used Amsoil for the life of the car.
personaly I use 5W-30 Amsoil, MANN oil filter and Hengst air and cabin filters
I'm a Castrol syntec guy and I like Kirkland oil. So that's what my cars get.
I'm personally running Castrol in the BMW bottle.
Got some numbers for the oil pressure Water temp around 90-95C/194F. Ambient temp 28C/82F Oil 5W30 Castrol Edge LL Hot idle 20 PSI 2000RPM 60 PSI 3-5000RPM 70 PSI Looks okay?
The best talaga ang [Amsoil](https://s.shopee.ph/7KbSRUV7OC)! Tested ko na sa car, bigbike at smallbike. Ramdam na ramdam ko pagiging smooth ng engine after magpalit.
Australia here - they used 10w-30
Feedback from showroom
