Engine oil AMSOIL or OEM Audi

AMSOIL Engine oil

After almost 2 weeks of usage, grabe as in grabeeee. napakasmooooth! hahaha tuwang tuwa ako kada throttle kasi mararamdaman mo talaga yung pagkatahimik+ smoothness + responsive throttle nya kaya ang laki ng tinipid sa gas. Kumbaga yung hinahanap ko na smoothnes ng takbo is dito ko nafeel when I start using this kind of oil. From 39 km/l naging 41.3 km/l na sya.

Pros: napakasmooth, responsive throttle
Vehicle: Honda

I tested it myself on my 3.0T, pumped everything out with the extractor, then jacked the car up and pulled the plug, catching evening that drained out in a measuring cup. It had less than 1/4 cup of oil left in the pan.

Pros: extractor removes most oil
Cons: small amount remains

Did this every oil change on my sq5. Made it 180k miles before trading it in. Works very well. That was the easiest oil change I’ve ever done. Of the 15 minutes the job takes, about 4 of those minutes is actually doing something

Pros: easy oil change
Vehicle: Audi SQ5
Mileage: 180000 km

Definitely prefer the extractor here! So easy/clean and gets all of the oil. At least in a Q8 and b9 A4/5 it got everything

Pros: easy, clean, gets all
Vehicle: Audi Q8

I've used amsoil 5w40 European formula ir worked great for when it was a street car, switched to royal purple 5w-40 due to a recommendation and immediately regretted it, tons of blow by I didn't have before. Dumped the royal purple CRAP as soon as possible, just a few miles on it.

Pros: worked great, street car
Cons: tons of blow by
Vehicle: Volkswagen
