Brake pads Ferodo or OEM Toyota

Replaced my pads and rotors about a year ago. Went with some steel slotted rotors and Ferodo DS2500 pads, for a total of probably less than $1000 all around. The Ferodo pads are much more linear/progressive in feel, whereas in my opinion the OEM pads had way too much initial bite and were too grabby, which is less than ideal when you're trying to be smooth. Additionally, the ferodo pads hold out far longer on the track before fading, while still handling adequately for daily driving (including in the winter).

I'm using Ferodo DS2500. Good pad for both road and track duty.

I am very happy with Ferodo's DS2500 pads. I also prefer not to swap pads and just run one set that works for both street and track. I participate in autoX and HPDE events - mostly the latter this year. The Ferodo pads have great initial bite when cold, perform well when hot, and seem to be easy on rotors

Ferado Fast Road pads. DS2000s maybe? Excellent cold bite and never had them fade while left-foot- braking during autox. Had some Hawks or something and they destroyed the rotors just daily driving them. Compound was way too aggressive on those.

I like the Ferodos and I would buy them again. They had good feel and bite, and they are quiet.

The Ferodo's are great. I will need to replace my pads after my next event in January. I am going to try Carbotech pads this next time, XP10 in front and XP8 in the rear after discussing my needs with them.

Currently on my EP3 I'm running the spoon monoblocks behind enkei rpf1's as you can see here. With Brembo discs using Ferodo Ds 2500 brake pads. Also running Hell braided lines with motol 600 brake fluid.

Tried EBC Green Stuff but they did not work for me; now I'm using Ferodo DS Performance. They work well on OEM and EBC Turbo Grove discs.

I run the Sebro slotted rotors with Ferodo DS3.12s on track, which are louder than a school bus on the street, so I swap back to OEM pads and rotors after each event.
