I've beat the crap out of EBC Yellow pads on my Ranger with a RTT and the back loaded full of stuff. They do have a lot of dust but they are heavy load rated I believe.

Pros: heavy load rated
Cons: a lot of dust
Vehicle: Ford Ranger

Been happy with EBC Bluestuff for dual purpose. Only did one control clinic event but wasn’t an issue, and not too loud on street and cold performance is fine.

Pros: good for dual purpose, quiet on street, good cold performance
Vehicle: Volkswagen

EBC Brake pads

I've had great experiences with EBC Yellowstuff pads in prior vehicles. Super aggressive bite, will chew through rotors though so take that as it is. I like the current setup on my 23 Turbo, went oem front rotors and some Duralast Golds. Rear are DFC rotors and their 5000 series ceramics. Stops pretty nice, liking the feel but I also changed brake fluid at brake change, that may have helped.

Pros: aggressive bite, stops nicely
Cons: chews through rotors
Vehicle: Mazda

Hawk Performance Brake pads

You could look at Hawk Enduro pads and see if they last longer but you'll probably net less braking power so you'll need to recalibrate your markers a bit. 3100lbs and 300hp - dtc60s last me 8-11 track days (though one of my local tracks is easy on brakes) based on my experience last year running in advanced groups - including multiple open sessions with 30-50m long runs.

Pros: long lasting
Cons: less braking power

EBC Brake pads

I have tried EBC yellowstuff and Ferodo DS2500. EBC yellowstuff won't handle anything on track...they just melt, they arent bad for the price but I prefer the DS2500.

Pros: good price
Cons: melts on track

EBC Brake pads

EBC yellowstuff are THE problem. they aren't good on the road, let alone on a racetrack! Get Hawk HP+s and you won't have that problem at all.

Cons: poor performance, not for track

I used up a new set of EBC Blues in a single track day, 5 sessions of 20 mins each. They also caused a lot of heat spots on my front rotors.

Cons: used up quickly, heat spots
