Brake pads EBC or Carbotech

EBC red stuff pads work great. Better stopping power than stock, way less dust, but I've always swapped rotors and pads at the same time.

I have the EBC Yellowstuff pads. They are very smooth and there is no vibration. The factory Brembo pads are horrible and they try to rip you off on the price.

Just replaced my rotors and pads all around. So far I like the Red Stuff much better than OEM. Less dust. Less noise.

If you KNOW you're going to be doing a lot of track days, you definitely want to go straight to some full blown track pads, at least for when you're at the track, along with fluid.

I ran bluestuff on my FK8 for two days. I am a novice and it worked great.

I use EBC blues on front and EBC yellow on rear (they don’t make blues for my rear brakes). I love them, I think they work great on street and track, although wear a lot faster than Yellows did when I was first starting out.

With the XP8s I had, I left early and bed my pads in on the way to the track.

Replaced the rotors and went with EBC yellow stuff pads. They don't look quite that bad, but 2 years later they're hardly looking like clean swept rotor surfaces.

Yes. Ebc yellows completely failed for me on the 3rd lap.
