Brake pads Brembo or OEM Subaru

Brembo Brake pads

Brembo off Ebay. Their brakes last 75k and they're so popular they are scalped from the manufacturers website in minutes lol!

Pros: long lasting
Mileage: 75000 km

I ended up buying the brembo pads after getting power stop. These brakes can squeak so go for the gold.

Pros: go for the gold
Cons: can squeak

Brembo SA/SP material for good performance price ratio.

Brembo LA material for longevity vs performance ratio.

I use brembro all the time, and they honestly last longer I think. I use them on my 9-3 2.8V6 convertible

Edit: I used the M-tec rotates drilled and grooved with the brembro brakes, front and rear

My braking is much better especially on a long drive with hot days, no brake fade at all

Pros: last longer, better braking
Cons: rotates drilled and grooved
Vehicle: Saab

I had Brembo rotors and ceramic pads front and rear on my 2017 V60 T5. Rotors were fine, the pads wore out ridiculously fast. Switched to Akebono pads and was much happier. They lasted literally twice as long.

Pros: Akebono pads long lasting
Cons: Brembo pads wore out fast

OEM Subaru Brake pads

I find the brakes in the 25 WRX to be soft and not a lot of bite in them. If Im braking and need to apply more brake pedal if feels as if nothing is happening brake wise from my initial depress. I'd like more bite with the pads.

Cons: soft, not much bite, unresponsive
Vehicle: Subaru
