Brake pads Brembo or Akebono

Brembo Brake pads

Just replace the rears with the same brake pads aftermarket really suck. They do wear out fast but their worth it. Rotors get them Online their about $250 for two rear rotors and brake pads runs around $300 for the Euro pads for the Dynamic Edition.

Pros: easy to replace, good performance
Cons: wear out fast
Mileage: 70000 km
Part number: 58302-J5A55

Akebono Brake pads

IMO, Akebono Ceramics are the shiz. I had some on my Audi A4. Way better than stock, very little dust to clean off, and you can just get them off Amazon for less than OEM.

Pros: better than stock, little dust
Vehicle: Audi A4

Akebono Brake pads

From what I remember, On my c63, just the pads were $460, but the install was only $150. I brought them Akebono pads, and they said … oh these are the wrong ones. Funny my mechanic put them on just fine.

Pros: easy install, affordable pads
Cons: dealer incompatibility
Vehicle: Mercedes
