Brake discs Zimmermann or OEM Volkswagen

I have Zimmerman rotors with Textar pads on my 19 alltrack. I’m actually looking at these for my Tiguan too!

I've used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads... Less brake dust. I've used TRW in the past and way too much brake dust for my liking.

Been running Zimmerman for over a decade, never had an issue.

I got Zimmermann coated rotors and TRW Ultra ceramic pads, but I just daily mine and it never sees the track.

Zimmerman blanks and EBC reds have been great for me

I would run Zimmerman Sport drilled rotors on my A4 with EBC yellows and they were outstanding.

The best combo was Zimmerman blanks and StopTech pads.

My son has a '19 R Line and had a similar issue. Turns out the front rotors had warped slightly. Shouldn't happen, but seems to pop up now and then on these vehicles for whatever reason.

I've posted on here before, but my front rotors were grooved from the day of purchase (only a few lines), and has progressively gotten worse. Of course, last tech inspection, the tech said I had warped rotors, and needed a new set.
