Brake discs EBC or OEM Volkswagen

The front and rear bearings were replaced, new rotors and calipers for both, with mk4 rear calipers and the larger 11.3” driver’s edition calipers and rotors from the brake bible, with their new lines, pads

I've had EBC slotted rotors on my Crosstrek for almost 100,000 miles now, and they may have been cheaper than OEM rotors.

I've also ordered a full set of the EBC USR rotors and will install them myself, same with the splash shield and door seals.

The ebc slotted are great, I am using them on my gti and Xterra.

I use ebc slotted rotors with red stuff pads for my dailies

May have been overkill but it worked a charm. (ebc yellow stuff, dot5.1, high carbon rotors)

So my rotors seem to be warped on my 2020 Civic Si, at least I think so. They feel alright with very light braking, but any amount of hard braking immediately causes wobbling. Pads are definitely low, only about 2-3 mm left, so I figured I should just replace the rotors anyway. I just ordered EBC's Stage 5 kit that comes with slotted and dimpled rotors and yellowstuff pads front and rear for $500 due to good reviews on the Civicx forum. However, I'm reading a lot of people say that slotted/dimpled simply is not worth the extra cost for a street car. I drive pretty hard in the mountains and have felt a pretty substantial amount of brake fade at times so I figured I could definitely benefit from some better heat dissipation, but now I'm starting to regret my decision. Am I wasting my money?

i run ebc front rotors, dba rear rotors and powerstop pads brakes good but my fronts squeal when cold (my car has brembo calipers)

I've posted on here before, but my front rotors were grooved from the day of purchase (only a few lines), and has progressively gotten worse. Of course, last tech inspection, the tech said I had warped rotors, and needed a new set.

I got front rotors and pads replaced do to wrapped rotors, on my 19 sel-r with little over 11k, on my second one have no issues so far
