Antifreeze PEAK or Prestone

Peak Asian green coolant works fine. I used it last week and my Mazda 6 is working fine

Prestone European Vehicles Antifreeze & Coolant states, Superior guaranteed protection - 5 years / 150,000 miles. Prestone Platinum All Vehicles Antifreeze & Coolant states, Extreme protection - 15+ years / 350,000 miles.

I use Peak red concentrate, no probs.

I put purple in my 2015.

I'm the kind of person who uses 100% OEM whenever possible, but I wasn't actually able to find OEM G13. Not sure who the OEM even is.

The purple "Peak" brand coolant in your image is the only kind I was able to find. I've got about 10,000 miles on it and it's been just fine so far.

I’ve used that stuff, absolutely no issues.

I run it and haven't had any problems, just topped it off and kept rolling.

If you are going to use Prestone brand, then you'd want Violet color.

The Peak coolant that is the correct color for your year, i.e. pink for the MkIV, is fine. I have been using it for several years with no problems.

I ran the euro Peak without issue for about a year but I was bleeding coolant and in desperate need of the cooling system overhaul.

When I bought my Jetta it was filled with Prestone. One time the fan switch crapped out on me so while replacing it I did a coolant flush and decided to use G12. About 2 weeks later the car started overheating like mad.
