Got the cross climate 3 sport on my v60 and it's a huge difference. Even tho I went from18/19" to 20" now the Michelins are way quieter then the original Continental tires.

Pros: way quieter, huge difference

I did not end up purchasing Vredestein (I was considering the HT), but it was the only tire I felt was worth the money below $250/tire that I was looking at, which was Continentals, Pirellis, and MIchelins. Agree they rate much better than similarly or cheaper-priced tires in most rankings.

Pros: worth the money
Vehicle: Ford

MICHELIN Tires

After research I'm going for normal Michelin Cross climate 2. I'm in the mountains of mid Wales so snow isn't even guaranteed but it can be here for a few weeks. And there will be frost and ice. In the past (on my ICE cars) I have gone full winter tyres but I'm not sure the bother of changing them twice a year is worth it for me. And EV specific definitely isn't worth the extra.

I'm open to other suggestions though.

Pros: good for frost and ice
Cons: not worth changing twice a year

Tires make a night and day difference, especially in EV’s where you have more torque. I went with cross climates, and took a 5 percent hit on range, but the traction it gives during rain is worth imo.

Pros: good traction during rain
Cons: 5 percent hit on range

Toyo Tires

Years ago they cross-threaded several of my bolts with an air wrench. Recently I tried them again however as they had better pricing than any other shop in town. Got a great deal on some Toyos. They did good work - no issues since.

Pros: good work, great deal
Cons: cross-threaded bolts

I'm on my second set of Continental Extreme Contact DSW06 Plus for my XC60. I bought them because i want tires that won't let me down if I have to maneuver hard at high speed, have good heat tolerance, and have superb wet weather grip. I love these tires. They're not as soft a ride as some tires but they've never slid on me. I took my last set down to 2/32 and even then it had rock solid grip in the rain. The other nice part is that Continental warranties these to 40k miles and stands by it. I killed my last set in a little over 30k because of how I drive. They refunded me roughly 25% of what I originally paid for them which I put towards a new set. If they're still making these when the current set burns out I'll buy them again.

Pros: superb wet grip, good heat tolerance, rock solid grip, 40k mile warranty
Cons: not soft ride
Vehicle: Volvo XC60
Mileage: 48280 km

I’m on my second M3. The first came with Michelin the latest on Hankook. The Hankooks are I think slightly quieter but if you enjoy driving definitely go for the Michelin. The Hankooks have very soft sidewalls which gives a slightly soft squishy feel to the steering and much poorer turn in than the Michelin.

Pros: quieter ride
Cons: soft sidewalls, poorer turn

Continental Tires

I had these tires before and they do wear fast. If you run them in the 30s, they will flat spot easy and wear the shoulders. I'd not recommend these tires.

Cons: wear fast, flat spot
