Mobil1 every 6k like my owner’s manual says. Mine is stock. Blackstone says my oil would be able to go longer if I wanted.

2016 stock WRX here. 6k OCI's using Subaru filters and Mobil 1 5w-30 EP oil backed up by oil analysis. 90k miles presently.

5k with Rotella T6.

20 years driving modified STIs with zero issues.

I do 3k with Amsoil SS as well. Blackstone analyses of TBN show I could easily do 5,000k.

i use pennzoil plat every 3k seems to be fine for the past 57k miles

I go every 5k using Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30, though it's just a stock engine/tune and more than half are highway miles

Been using for donkey years and never failed to amaze me. Valvoline till now never seen or encountered with fake ones.

You’ll be fine. I’ve used Valvoline for years over various cars. It’s more just making sure you know what oil to ask for.

Now if it\u2019s a Nissan they\u2019ll sludge up changing the oil mostly right. So it\u2019s a gamble

I only really noticed issues with oil consumption when I use mobil1, so I try to avoid that.
