2014 3, 0W-20 full synthetic (whatever major brand is cheapest) from brand new, every 7500 miles.

170k, runs like a top, burns not a single drop between changes, compression and fuel mileage exactly the same as new.

Fuchs is excellent oil, run it in my nismo 370z cause it has specific esters that the cylinder liners need. Don't think it's necessary BMW engines but it is very good quality oil.

I always run liqui moly 5w40. It's just thin. Change it every 5k miles.

I had been using Penzoil Euro L as well and have switched to Liqui Moly. I don't get my oil from FCP but will say Liqui Moly seems to be a very good oil.

Personally I run Lucas oil in mine, not just my current zzr600, but even my older vintage bikes when I had them. It isn’t crazy expensive and is high quality.

I run Shell Rotella T6 15W-40 diesel engine oil in my Versys. It has all the ratings necessary for a motorcycle engine and a wet clutch, and it is a quarter of the cost of bike oils.

I have an Octavia 2.5 vRS TDI and it has 450k km now, it only drank 5w30 and never an issue, not even in cold winters and I had a few -25 starts and it started right away, at the first key turn.

People seem to like Motul 7100 as a high performance option.

I am in the market for a 1.8L 16v engine coil as well and have come across various sites listing Bosch 211905115D as a compatible coil for 8v and 16v engines. I do not believe this is true since the Bentley calls for different impedances values for each engine illustrated below.

Mine eats Castrol Syntec 5w40 like it's going out of style as well.
