I have the non cryo treated stoptech slotted rotors, they're a great affordable option. I run hawk HPS pads. You have them yourself so you know they're also a great affordable option.

I got rid of my ceramic set due to noise and squealing so just wanted to throw that in there to consider. I drive the car mostly on the weekends so surface rust, cold rotors and the dust build up were the main cause. After 5-10 minutes of driving no problems with noise - but it was annoying reversing out of the garage with high pitched squeal. I switched to StopTech Axle Pack - Street and those have been quiet and low dust without breaking the bank.
I had StopTech sport slotted cryo-treated rotors on the front and Hawk HPS pads all around. Stopped me every time. Lack of fade coming off the freeway was amazballs. Never warped.
I got the brake pad light at 51K. I knew I'd need new pads and rotors all around. I look at this as a chance to upgrade components at the same time. Adding Giro disk two piece rotors up front, stoptech slotted in the in rear, upgraded lines, better pads etc.
I just (like Friday) got slotted StopTechs for the front. I got Hawk pads and can confirm they stop the Fiesta in a timely manner. Outside of the silly blow-off valve, the only modifications I have done have been StopTech rotors front and rear.
Personally I really like the StopTech Slotted rotors. The slots do nothing to help braking performance but they do help keep the face of the pads flat.
I've run them on three cars. You won't regret them. I'm actually running the 336mm rotors on my c30 right now with a custom caliper setup. Been like that for 2 years with no complaints, and in total I've been running stoptech rotors for 8 years.
EBC brake pads have always let me down. I refuse to use them now. The best street/light track pad out now is the Stoptech 309 Sport. Non-abrasive on the street, they dust a bit, but it’s not crazy, and they have a reasonably high max operating temp (MOT). The best thing is they won’t smear brake pad material and give you the judders if you exceed the MOT. They’re also pretty cheap.
TBH I'd just buy the rotors and get stoptech pads. I have use many pairs of them and they work well without breaking the bank.
Some mk6's have the 272mm rotors and some have the 253mm. I found out the hard way when I ordered the standard Stoptech Street Performance pads. Had to reorder.
