From personal experience, I'd stray from a lightened flywheel. I had a SPEC kit with a stage 1 and lightweight flywheel, and the chatter is not ideal for daily driving. This also isn't the smoothest operating motor, and the flywheel will remind you.

I have a custom lightweight flywheel that was made from a Spec single mass flywheel... It does rattle, but not so bad that it's annoying. It revvs very fast compared to a regular flywheel... I must say that the 11lb fly' does make throttle response pretty quick and once used to it, it's a joy to drive.
My starter was definitely messed up but so are the teeth on the SPEC steel flywheel.
I have a HPA specified SPEC 3+ with a single mass steel flywheel. Engagement is pretty much half way through total range of movement. I like it, now I just need to get use to the flywheel chatter when in neutral.
