My awd hybrid with nordman 9 tires is one of the best snow cars I\u2019ve ever driven, my wife has a Volvo, and my last car was a bmw x1 all had good winter rubber on the rims. Vermont roads can be icy as well as snowy, it\u2019s the black ice we fear.
I run Nordman North 9’s which are essentially Hakkapellitta’s 3’s on my GTI. 205 50 17’s. Very happy I went with these in Ontario, Canada.
I tried Nordman tires once in a leased vehicle I only had for a short time. Nordman is a sister company to Nokian and are the previous version of Nokian tire. They were great and a bit cheaper.
Nordman, as they are Nokian's old models under the Nordman brand and they've been excellent.
Nordman Solstice 4 would be my first choice from the list.
MY family has the Nordmans on our Ridgeline and they work pretty well.
