I went with the NGK rutheniums as they're also rated for 100k and were slightly cheaper on Rock Auto than the iridiums. Supposedly they maintain fuel efficiency longer over their life than iridiums

I run NGK on my 15. The car runs great doesn’t miss. I used OEM Denso 5339 but they lasted 10-15k but then I tried NGK 92182 and they’ve lasted bout 40k so I’ve had no issues with them both of them Iridium.
Stage 2 EQT E85 and NGK 91006 here, but I only order from NGK directly.
NGK Laser Iridium 94124 is the OE plug. Just stick with the OE Plug.
For spark plugs I always used NGK because that's what Motorcraft actually uses if I remember correctly. Autolites are complete garbage and always fouled out the few times I used them.
You can honestly just run stock plugs on the 1.8 with OTS tuning for stage 1/IS20/38. I ran these same VW/NGK "RS7" plugs including track use for thousands of trouble free miles.
I forgot to mention that I installed brand new pre-gapped NGK spark plugs two years ago
I like NGK, but you can't go wrong using what the manual calls for.
I bought these when I did my last tune up and plug swap just to try. I noticed zero difference in power or mpg.
Damn $40/plug, I have a nissan altima 2012 and got the most expensive one at $30CAD/plug NGK iridium laser and it was out of necessity as cheaper ones was out of stock during lockdown.
