I run liqui moly 4100. I run 5w40 because I want something a bit thicker than what the manual calls for.

Liqui Moly Toptec 4100 5W-40 works if you feel like you need something thicker, but these diesels don't run crazy hot like gas + turbo engines.

Not on a sledged up engine but I’ve used it with success on my high-mileage BMW. Followed with Penzoil for a thousand miles or so.

I just bought some LiquiMoly for my Golf R. Third Volkswagen that I’ve used LiquiMoly in. I always notice a significant difference after the first oil change with it.

Liqui Moly is better and it's what I use exclusively.

So far all i’ve done is swap out fuel filter, ran liqui moly diesel cleaner and inspect for any debris ( found nothing that would indicate a HPFP failure.
