BRIDGESTONE Tires

I have Bridgestone blizzaks on my Tacoma and on my ae86 in 14s. Haven't driven the 86 yet but I fucking love them on my truck.

Pros: love them

My Cross Sport was ok in the snow but is now great since I put a set of Blizzaks on it. After getting stuck once with stock tires, I got the snow tires and haven’t looked back.

Pros: great performance in snow

For what it’s worth, I have the Bridgestone Alenza RFTs and competitively think they are quite nice vs Conti and Michelin tires I have had on previous vehicles.

Pros: quite nice, competitive

First snowfall here in Toronto, ON on new years eve and they did not disappoint. +1 on the break in, as the tires began to come in on their own with the added kms. Also, nvh is simply superb, these are the quitest tires I have ever driven

Pros: quietest tires, superb nvh
Vehicle: Mazda

When those tires died, I bought them a set of BLIZZAK winter tires and they're SO MUCH better!!! They aren't quite as smooth and quiet on dry, but there's tons more traction in even deep snow.

Pros: tons more traction
Cons: not smooth and quiet
Vehicle: BMW

I’ve driven a wide variety of winter tires. Bridgestone, GoodYear, Firestone, Cooper, Michelin, Continental, and one or two others. Some were quieter, some were better on ice, some were better in deep snow. None were terrible. If you go with major brand names, that are not much over 5 years old, you should be ok.

Pros: quieter, better on ice
Cons: none were terrible
