I had valve cover gasket started leaking at 33k miles, struts are starting to feel a little bouncy currently at 48k. I feel happy with it tho.
I bought a ‘14 435i Msport 4 years ago- it is the most reliable high end vehicle I’ve ever owned . A blast to drive and pretty economical- other than routine oil/brake fluid service, all I’ve had to do is OFHG, Valve cover gasket and engine mounts.
2016 535i with 176 000 miles. The water pump has been replace as well as the valve cover gaskets.
only service item it’s needed is valve cover gasket @ 94k miles.

I have changed my valve cover gasket.
BMW valve cover gaskets.
Had to do the repair twice. The second time, the guy told me these parts have a lifetime of only 70k miles because of the heat and also I need to replace a few hoses due to the subsequent oil leaks.
