It\u2019s very easy. My s3 has been stage 2 on e85 for the past 60k miles and I have had 0 issues. oil change, spark plugs, etc\u2026 all done by myself and it\u2019s easy.
Just replaced the water pump on my 2010 A4 Quattro. Got it done in about 4 hours which I think is pretty good considering I've never replaced a water pump before.
I'd like to add brake jobs are fairly simple too. The front pads in my 2016 Q5 were the easiest of any car I've ever owned.

I have an 06 Audi A3 2.0T Sportback with just over 105k miles; recently replaced the thermostat, spark plugs and coil packs. Other than being in need of some new brakes and a bit of cosmetic love, she's running strong.
Upgraded brake pads can be louder and dirtier.
2004 A6 3.0 - 198,000. Needs new fuel injectors, sunroof shade is wonky but runs great.
Wouldn\u2019t recommend unless you like spending your time on the side of the road or at the dealer. Mine just went back to my local dealer today for its 4th alternator in 32k total miles, 3rd one in the last 6 months. Literally just got the car back 5 days ago for the same issue.
There is a persistent electrical buzzing \u201czzzzzzzz\u201dnoise whenever the ignition is on. This happens both when it's just on battery and when the engine is running. I noticed that the noise becomes intermittent when the turn signals are on (syncs with the clicking). Also, the speed exceeded sensor failure warning keeps popping up.
04 Audi A8 with the 4.2V8. gotta take the whole fuckin air box out the get to the oil filter. Air filter out, air box out with 6 screws that are hard to reach, intake tube comes out, pull back some heat shield on the engine and there it is, sideways, above a bunch of other components so you can't get it out quick and clean without spilling oil on half the engine bay.
