My S3 seems to be at 222F all summer when commuting, I think it gets near 240F after a good autocross run

I have a 2007 a8l with 102000 miles on it. It's fantastic to drive. Don't plan to mod it. It's already fast and handles shockingly well due to the air syspension.
They handle brake fade quite well. Did a run down tail of the dragon and had no issues.
It’s your alternator not the battery, the coding of the battery is important, but will only extend the life battery will not cause it to be dead in three days
Yes, these are great on my Audi’s that also have a top mounted filter. It pays for itself in one oil change compared to dealership prices.
Ten years ago I had a Audi A4 with diesel engine and e-CVT in Germany. Was pretty smooth, no mayor difference in fuel consumption to other equivalent cars. The CVT was a little hacksaw to the fluids. So they had to change three times in the three years I had the car.
I have used the R8 red top coils. I went back to stock coils after noticing a slight low speed low rpm hesitation. No misfire codes but it just didn’t run the same. It ran great when winding it out but I don’t do that all the time.
I've just got this issue in my Q8 in UK. I kept telling my service centre about the alternator but they said no recall. Going to give them an angry call tomorrow since car dead. Luckily have extended warranty, rac quote is \u00a33K!
yap mine was gone in less than 30K KM but audi japan replaced it for free.... it sucks... car just died
On my 2007 A8L, I had a bad vacuum leak. Smoke test showed leaking all over the intake manifold where all the plastic stuff mates to the zinc casting. Cost for a new manifold? $3700.
