it's a 23mm tie rod in both right and left threads, by 555, no jam nut included, it shows fitment for other years as well but i've never done that... yes there is no grease zert

i went 555 for my tie rods. if you can find em, 555 is the answer for most things up front.
555 is a Japanese brand that makes high quality replacement tie rods, if needed. Comparable or better quality than OEM. I have them on my Lexus GX470
