Continental Tires

Rating 4.0

I decided to switch to Continental PureContact tires as they are better rated and less expensive and still are low rolling resistance. I haven’t noticed any loss in range.

Pros: better rated, less expensive
Cons: none

OEM Nissan Tires

I've had a Leaf for over a year now

>How are the charging stations across the city?

I've not had to use many charging stations, but there are quite a few around. Rideau Centre, IKEA, others that can be easily found in the Flo/PlugShare App.

>How does it last during rush hour(s)? (I’m particularly stuck on Hunt Club in the mornings/evenings)

Pretty fantastic, very little energy is used when stopped.

>How does it do during the worst of our Ottawa winters? (Assuming winter tires is a must)

It can get bad with the range

Pros: saving around 100$ per 1000km
Cons: range can get bad
Vehicle: Nissan Leaf
