Wiper blades Bosch or rainx

Project farm video on YouTube proved it was the Bosch icon wipers by an incredible long shot. There was no close second.

Instead of rubber wipers, try the silicone wipers. They are quieter and last longer (at least for me).

I purchased a set of RainX wipers. 24" and 16" blades. (2022 EUV). Perfect easy fit.

I use Bosch Aerotwin, wipes good and no squeaks. Got it for RM 85 on Lazada 11.11 sale (Proton Persona 2024).

Bosch icon like my X5 and I'm happy. Worked well snow and rain.

Bosch Icon have been my go to for years. Use them on all our cars.

Just want to confirm that these Bosch sets worked perfectly. Clicked right in. Took three minutes to install. The buttons and fit look identical to P2 oem blades which makes me think they might be the ones making the originals.

I recently spent $70 on Bosch Icon wipers because I read they were supposed to be good. I read page after page on the internet of what size wiper to get and what brand was good. Bosch kept getting mentioned. All the sizes said to get 26 and 19 inches. Guess what? BOTH of these are WRONG. First off, I was not near my car when I purchased these or else I would have just measured the wiper myself. Both these sizes are bigger than stock and while they technically fit, there is less than an inch of clearance beteeen them. Secondly, I suspect because of the size, the wipers do not wipe correctly. They both leave giant patches of the windshield un-wiped due to the blade not making proper contact with the glass. Third, I had to use a damn Dremel to "modify" the clip just to get these stupid things on the car and even then I had to use so much force to get them on that I thought I was going to break them or wiper arm. I barely got them on. Now I can't return them so I'm stuck with $70 wiper blades that don't work properly.

I binned them after 2 days and replaced them with some Bosch ones.
