I run Bosch Icons on my E and am very happy with them. They seem to last much longer than other wipers I've tried in the past. On my garage kept E my current set is 5+ yrs old and still wipe like new.

Pros: last much longer, wipe like new

I used Bosch Icons for many years but recently switched to Denso Designers. The Densos work a bit better and last a bit longer on my car, although they are more expensive.

Pros: Densos work better
Cons: Densos more expensive

As someone who lives in New England, I've had my best experiences with VW's OEM wipers and PIAA super silicone. Bosch icons were a close 3rd.

I use the rain-x or bosch wipers the most. I like them both really well.

The Bosch wipers on my '08 do a pretty good job imo. Got newer ones put in last summer when I had to get the wiper relay board/motor replaced but after that they got me through a rough n' tough Wisconsin winter. So they'll probably hold up if you're just dealing with rain in SF.

Bosch 1000%. RainX are great but every pair I\u2019ve had wore out really quickly & Michelin wipers only covered like 70% of my windshield. Go Bosch & never go back.
