Windshield OEM Toyota or OEM FORD

My Outer Banks I’ve had for 1 year as of this week. I replaced my windshield after 1 month for a crack and then two days later got another. I waited till I had 15 chips and cracks in it before replacing it again. Within a month had two more chips, the windshield is definitely a big problem

We are having the same issues with the windshields cracking and chipping quite easily. I wonder if Auto Manufacturer's went to a cheaper glass for cost cutting.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Prius Prime. That October the windshield cracked in half. Just weeks after total windshield replacement, the windshield cracked in half again. Now almost a year later...our windshield is once again cracked in half. Multiple claims for this matter seems to point to a flaw with the car. I own two older Toyota Prius cars and have never needed to replace their windshields but this Prime is somethin’ else. The Toyota rep claims nothing is wrong with the car and they won’t help repair. This will Be the 3rd claim in 16 months of owning the car.
