Tires YOKOHAMA or Goodyear

YOKOHAMA Tires

I've found Yokohama AD08R's were pretty good on my track car, like you I drive to trackdays and these seemed very good in the dry but also good enough on the road on a damp day!

Pros: good in the dry, good enough on road

YOKOHAMA Tires

If longevity is more important than top performance, then I highly recommend Yokohama Ascends. We have almost 200k on our CC and mostly used Conti's with some others along the way. These Yokohamas are awesome and wear ridiculously well! We are in FL so lots of rain in the summer.

Pros: awesome, wear ridiculously well

Goodyear Tires

When I bought my car it had a mix of winter tires and odd budget tires all round. I got all 4 replaced for some decent Goodyear eagle F1's with balancing and tracking and had no regrets.

Pros: no regrets, decent tires

I have 17s and I am on my second set. I got over 60k rotating 5 on the first set. Great grip in wet weather and excellent in snow too. Not too loud either.

Pros: great grip in wet
Cons: Not too loud
Mileage: 60000 km

Been running these on my JKU for three years now. They tend to get much louder as they age. They're great in snow, but not very good on ice or even wet roads.

Pros: great in snow
Cons: louder as they age
