The Nexens don't stretch worth a damn, the federals aren't much better. If you want the stretch and need it to work the Toyo T1-R is your best bet.
I absolutely love my T1R's they stretch very well. here they are on a 9.5 and an 8.5"
I love my T1-R's. a 195 on a 7", the sidewall is completely flat and right in line with the edge of the wheel. they stretch very well on an 8"
Toyo T1R's on 8.5" rims. They stretched awesome. Ride nice and stiff as to be expected. So far they've been great.
That being said I've had Toyo tires a few times and I've been happy every time
After seeing the performance of Pirelli in WRC, and some of the direct massive pothole shots my OE Pirellis have taken, I'm impressed with them
I've been happy with my Pirell P-Zero Nero M+S... Good in cold, wet, slush, muck and even a few inches of snow... very good in the dry too.
It varies from tyre brands,i have 8x15 with toyo proxes and compared it to another 8x15 with kleber and the kleber tyre looked like 205 compared to the toyo (on identical rims)
From my experience, when the pirellis start to go, they suck quickly. Didn't realize how bad noise / vibration was @ 20k until I got new Hankook v12s.
i also get this! my car has 20k and I am ready for new tired my pirelli are crap! hopefully that fixes the issue...
