Nexen. They don’t do much marketing, but they make good tires and have one of the best included warranties.

Those Nexen N5000+ are great but older models (been on the market for 10 or so years), they started phasing them out several years ago with only a few sizes remaining, and were largely replaced by the N5000 Platinum

Vouch for Nexen, using their summer performance tires and got a tire blew recently due to a pothole on highway , they approved my road hazard claim quick and sending me reimbursement for my tire. Satisfied and getting another for sure

I highly recommend the Toyo Celsius 2, it’s honestly the closest thing to a designated snow tire you can get. Bit late, but I've ran Extensa HP II's on my car for the last 45,000 miles and just bought another set as my tread is down to the wear indicators. Wife's Passat also has the same tires. They've been great.

Toyo m588 16 ply or Goodyear work horse we run em on mixers and have decent luck with them lasting the life of the tire.

I've driven 65.000km and I'm through one set of Continental All Season Contact 1 and one set of Nexen.

The all season contact lasted for 35.000km the Nexen one for two summer.

KO2s or Toyos

I had RGs and they wore way too early and were soft as cotton.

I had some nexens on a passat years ago, absolute trash. Traction was so bad I could spin them with the crappy 5 cyl on dry pavement
