Rating 5.0

I got a set for my Duramax about 7 years ago and it is hard to tell they aren't brand new. I liked them so much I got a second identical set for the same truck... with studs for winter driving. They have decent but not massively aggressive tread for mild offroad adventures and they ride considerably smoother and quieter than the off brand (Les Schwab) tires they replaced. They aren't cheap unless you figure the cost per mile then they are an incredibly great deal! They also have a better weight rating than most non-commercial tires.

Pros: long lasting, smooth ride, quiet, good for offroad, good weight rating

Toyo Tires

We have Toyo Open Country AT3 tires on our vehicle. Good tires, not as loud as dedicated snow tires. We keep them on year round.

Pros: Good tires, not loud

Toyo AT3s

Toyo RT Trails

Toyo MTs

Ran em all, all good tires! The RT Trails lasted.longer on myn1500 than my 2500HD. MTs were my favorite all-around.for looks and performance on my 2500HD. But if you want the best all.season and tread, life go with the AT3s.....Hard to beat Toyos.

Pros: good tires, long lasting

Toyo Tires

The Cooper Discoverer AT3 was on my '06 2500 (before I sold it) and they were great. Rotations at 10k and lots of traction, but also really good life. Great in the snow and mud.

The Toyo Open Country AT are what are on my '08 3500. Solid tire, definitely needs rotations at 10k, lots of traction with fantastic life. Not anywhere as good in the mud as the Discoverer, but in the snow they were about 85% of what the Cooper tires would do.

Pros: lots of traction, good life
Cons: not good in mud
Mileage: 10000 km

DUNLOP Tires

I had the first set of Dunlops till about 12k miles when the dealership stole one of my wheels during a rotation and put someone's busted wheel and tire with 1/8th less tread on it on my car. After some threats of legal action I got a new wheel and 4 new Dunlops, which lasted roughly 20k miles, mostly commuting.

Pros: new tires lasted 20k
Vehicle: Subaru
Mileage: 12000 km

Toyo Tires

Late but I don't recomend these even with a good name that toyo has. These are made cheaply and slips in wet. I have 195/50r15 and these slip with my weak 90whp car. These tires are perfect sliding tho as in warm it provides medium grip, and in wet it's makes you feel like you have 200hp haha. I wouldn't recommend for grip. Decent commuter tire tho for the price.

Pros: decent commuter tire
Cons: slips in wet, cheap
