Tires Toyo or Cooper
I put Cooper Discoverer Enduramax on it after purchasing last August. I love them. Quiet, smooth, have been great all around in rain, snow, ice, etc.
I am leaning toward my next set being Toyo GSI-6, for a few reasons. Namely, H speed rating (not that I go over the 104mph governed speed of a 2017 Prius Prime) and max pressure of 51psi rather than 44psi. I usually run at 50psi, and find tires only approved to 44psi to be only marginally acceptable to me.
I like my cooper discoverer at3 4s a lot.
I have those coopers on the front of my jeep xj for a few years now. They are great.
Damn good tires on Ranger 4 wheel drive.
Between the two, Cooper is a well known brand that I've seen on every tire website and in every tire shop I've visited. Go with the Coopers, they're tried and tested and you can at least know they won't randomly blow out or have dangerously low grip.
I used to have that on my F150 and I fell in love with them. I didn't feel water on the road and they were good in mud and gravel. They were also fairly quiet. I love the fact that they're rated for winter use, so in Quebec where I'm from, I don't have to worry about a late tire change, but I would still not use them as a regular winter tire because they absolutely suck on ice. They're okay in snow.
I did get one used and it seemed to hold up just ok until I ran over a small branch at 35 mph. The thread peeled from the tire body from the inner area outwards, slowly leaking air.
Don't replace with the toyo, they're crap.
those toyos are widely regarded as poor tires, they ride quiet when they're new but very shortly they get loud and the grip is pretty bad and any sort of inclement weather even just rain.
