Tires Tesla or DUNLOP

I got cheap tires on my 2019 Tesla 3 performance and it now has 130k with one flat only, it's actually lighter that gives more range too.

I love the Dunlop Sport Maxx Race 2 on my GT4. Amazing tires. Never thought I’d like a tire more than the Michelin Cup2.

I got 77500 miles on my Dunlops before changing to Defenders 2. Defenders 2 feel much better.

Der Satz Reifen Dunlop Sport Maxx RT (nicht der 2er) hat mich das letzte Mal in den Dimensionen 225/40 R18 91Y knapp unter 300 Euro gekostet.

Sada imam Dunlop (doduše odvozio tek jednu sezonu, napravio između 15 i 20 tisuća kilometara, prednje se potrošile 1mm, stražnje nisu niti 0.5mm, napominjem da volim stiskat auto i nije rijetko da startam, tako da ako se normalno vozi prednje bi se istoršile i manje, za sada sam zadovoljan)

20k is what I got out of mine. They aren't bald, but it's time. They aren't bad tires, but I don't feel any advantage over a quality all season like Michelins.

Coming up on 40k on the original factory set. They're about down to the bars, this will be my last summer on them.

I had dunlops and switched to continentals after a blow out

It’s definitely the crap tires. Same on my ‘25 Rogue. Bought with my 3 miles of test drive on 1/3/25… now at 18k hwy miles the tread wear indicators are showing. I think they will need replaced at 20k.

In contrast - 2 of them were slashed at 1k miles. I replaced those two with Goodyear MaxLife. 17k miles later, the Dunlops are almost gone, the Goodyears show little to no wear whatsoever.

Dunlop Grandtek PT21’s are TOTAL CRAP.

Those tires came on my RAV4 and were garbage. Lasted 35K before I got new ones. After changing to new tires it made me realize how awful those were. They ride like shit, are loud and wear very fast. Won’t even buy a Dunlop tire again.
