Tires Pirelli or Nokia

Nokia Tires

Yes they are worth it. I\u2019ve had all types of winter tires. But the studded nokian hakkas are insane. Literally transformative.

Pros: insane, transformative

I replaced the stock garbage dunlops with some Nokian “nordman” solstice 4 all weathers(Colorado). These are a hair louder than the stock tires since they don’t have EV foam but efficiency has been the exact same if not maybe slightly better. Ride is maybe a little harder but overall they’ve been great in the summer and during heavy rain.

Pros: great in summer, great in heavy rain, good efficiency
Cons: slightly louder, slightly harder ride
Vehicle: Nissan

Pirelli Tires

Ich habe die Pirellis, aber wir haben in Rheinhessen/Rhein-Main auch nicht viel Winter. Fahren sich bisher trocken super, auch bei nasser Fahrbahn exzellent. Bin mal gespannt was der Winter bringt

Pros: super trocken, exzellent nass

With 16K miles on them the treads are still beefy. They handle great, do really well in the rain, and seemed to take the edge off the harsh highway ride. 100% recommend them.

Pros: beefy treads, great handling, good in rain, smooth highway ride
Vehicle: Mazda
Mileage: 16000 km

Pirelli Tires

I used to have Pirelli Scorpion tires for a different SUV and those things wear out soo fast because they’re meant for handling and have a very shallow tread

Pros: good handling
Cons: wear out fast

For example, my mercedes came with the worst runftlat tires from Pirelli. Those run flats felt like shit after 10k miles. Unusable and felt dangerous at 14k. Replaced at 15k when costco had proper non runflat tires from Michelin.

Cons: felt like shit, felt dangerous
Vehicle: Mercedes
Mileage: 10000 km
