Tires Pirelli or GENERAL TIRE

Pirelli Tires

I'm on my third set of Pirelli Scorpion AT plus tires. IMO it's a wildly underrated tire. I put a lot of highway miles on my Forester, and while I haven't done any wild 4x4 stuff, they've never left me stranded.

Pros: wildly underrated tire
Cons: louder during last 30%

GENERAL TIRE Tires

I just picked up some general grabber A/Tx (215/75r15) on Amazon for $128 a pop. Previously had the general grabber at2s which were also a steal. Amazing tires with long life and good performance in Midwest winters.

Pros: long life, good performance

I have Pirelli Scorpion All-Terrain Plus SL tires on my F150 right now. I haven't noticed much of a difference in ride quality, noise, or fuel economy. I towed a ~6k lb trailer about 1k miles round trip and they did great. I've had them out in downpours and a few inches of snow and they're much better than the old tires were.

Pros: great for towing, better in snow
Cons: no difference in ride quality
Vehicle: Ford
Mileage: 20000 km

I have the pirelli's on my truck, no snow here so can't speak to that but I've done everything from going up a mountain in them to driving across town in them, about 10k miles on them and they look the same as when I got the truck, on road is good and I've never been stuck off road in mud or sand so just my piece to add.

Pros: good on road, good off-road
Mileage: 10000 km

I currently run General Altimax AW365 tires and couldn't be happier. They're severe weather rated, not noisy like all terrain tires and handle incredibly well in mud and snow.

Pros: handle well in mud, snow
Cons: not noisy

Pirelli Tires

My rear is the Pirelli mt66 and 12.5 lbs. negated that with 54 tooth sprocket. Still lost a few miles. 45 down to about 35 but the acceleration was recovered but still not as punchy.

Pros: acceleration was recovered
Cons: lost a few miles

Pirelli Tires

F1 tires make me so angry this season. In at least 50% of the races they are waaay too durable, like you could do a 0-stop race. Because Pirelli are a bunch of cowards who are scared to death of races with 2 or more stops

Pros: too durable
Cons: too durable
