I’ve been running the Pirelli Scorpion AS3s for about 15k miles and they’ve been great. Live in New England and they handle all seasons beautifully. They run smooth, quiet and they fit the racy feel of the CX5. Tread is also holding up very well.

Pros: great all seasons, smooth, quiet, good tread life
Vehicle: Mazda
Mileage: 15000 km

I took my FWD hybrid through a lot of western Carolina roads during hurricane Helene on the stock scorpions and had no issues and never got stuck but saw a few jeeps get stuck on stuff I had no problem hopping over.

Pros: no issues, never stuck

I decided to preference lower road noise benefit of this Pirelli tire. I have a 2021 CX-5 SIG. Already a quite vehicle while driving but now even more so. The ride is so smooth. Discount Tire only needed to install balancing weights on one of the wheels. Speaks to the quality of these tires. I replaced the original Toyo A36, at 30K miles. I am very happy with my choice.

Pros: lower road noise, smooth ride, good quality
Vehicle: Mazda
Mileage: 30000 km

Scorps in the winter are fine, not great, and terrible at anything backcountry related that isn’t dry.

Pros: fine in winter
Cons: not great in winter, terrible backcountry

My 23’ came with some cheap o’ Dunlops, I’m a little over 10k and they are worn severely unevenly. I plan on replacing them with Costco Michelin defender, or what ever their version is called.

Pros: good luck with them
Cons: worn severely unevenly
Mileage: 16093 km

Pirellie tires are fun to drive if you want to drive hard and don't care about it being a harsh ride. But, they cost much more and last significantly less miles than other brands. Think 50% or less of their advertised mileage before they become too rough to use.

Pros: fun to drive hard
Cons: harsh ride, high cost, low mileage
