I use these and they work. As my service advisor says, they are aggressive tires.
Buy PIRELLI ... super comfortable and very very good tires - I've been trying several in 30 years of driving and nothing come close...
Adding my experience here too: I miserably struggled with those CRAPPY Turanzas on my Turbo 3 for almost 4 years, and I finally had them swapped out for Pirelli AS+3's. As crappy as Turanzas were throughout this time (leading to multiple replacements), I'm only now realizing in comparison how utterly awful they really are!
Right off the bat, steering is so much more nimble and smooth, I probably put half as much effort into steering now. Traction is worlds better, and the car runs a lot gentler, too. Don't get me wrong, 3T is rough by nature, but now it's gliding over the same bumps and humps compared to the death shocks from Turanzas (which by the way, got exponentially worse over time). There's a lot less understeering with Pirelli's now, and interestingly, MPG shows signs of improvement as well. So, count me in love!
Living in Wisconsin, I will be swapping out the OEM summer tyres with Pirelli Sottozero 3 winters. WINTER SOTTOZERO™ 3 235/35R19 91V XL AUDI - Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 tires are designed for maximum safety in all weather conditions.
Love mine! I’m getting 2.20mi/kwh. With oem Pirellis, I was getting about 2.0mi/kwh
I love my Pirelli Scorpion AT plus. Low noise, good mileage and cheaper than most others. Look aggressive as hell
I have the night dragon on my rear with no complaints
I have 14.5k miles on my R1T with 21s. I've been doing a 5 tire rotation (@ 5k and 10k). My gauge says either 6 or 7/32nds remain depending on where the tire is at in the rotation.
Pirelli tires are straight garbage.
The pirellis p zeros that came on my car are worse than my Michelin all seasons for grip.
