Check out the Nokian Tyre One. It has Aramid sidewalls, low rolling resistance, and 80k mileage warranty.
I tried the Nokian Outpost AT, and I don’t think road noise is bad at all. They’re 3PMSF too!
My winter SE tyres are nokian WR G4. These have a good balance of grip, life and rolling resistance. They are a little down on the stock UHP summer hankooks in 80+ weather. But in PA, they're likely a great all year choice.
I've found 40 psi to be a good pressure and I've had the Kona nearly 5 years, original Nexens. Sharpens up the handling over the recommended pressure.
I got these for my RL and have no regrets . Super quiet, excellent in rain and snow. I will only buy Nokians for my vehicles.
I can't find a detailed review of the Nokian One, but I have good experience with Nokian winter tires. They're comfortable and have great traction.
I'd go with the Nokian WR G4, which is an American all-weather version of Nokian's European performance winter tire, the WR A4. So it's basically a mild winter tire that can be used year-round.
Coincidentally, my Nokian Rotiiva tires were awesome, it ended up cracking and dry rotting out as well. 6 years and 45,000 miles, and they still had about 50% tread lift left
Personally, I think a Hakka 1 or Hakka 2 is too agressive a tire for an AWD NJ daily driver unless your commute is only a couple of miles. They'll corner like you have four gum-erasers mounted and at least double your road noise.
I had Nexen tires put on for the first time a couple years ago and had 2 punctures within a week of each other last year and just today one completely blew out. They were cheap but I probably wouldn't buy them again.
