I've run the DWS06 all seasons in winter with no problems.
I run continental viking contact 7s. love em.
DWS06+ is a great choice for A/S IMO. I think I prefer them over actual summers as a daily tire for summer as well: better tread life, better ride, nicely communicative, & plenty of grip for open road endeavors IME.
Conti’s DWS 06. Quieter ride so far I found them to be better than the original Perelli that came with the vehicle that said I do live in upstate New York and haven’t tested them in the snow, but I’ve had them since March and I couldn’t be happier.
We bought some excellent continental tires from the tire rack. Much quieter.
There was no Pirreli available, and I had to settle with continental. To be honest, the grip is almost as good, and they are more resistant to potholes.
OEM Nexen on my Hyundai. Surprisingly great tires. I had always been a Michelin guy, but when the time comes I might get another set of Nexens, especially seeing their price.
I've been running a set for 3+ years now. City driving of 40km daily. Tread is still good and road noise is non existent.
Pirellis are probably getting rock hard with age. I've got a set of conti dws06+ on my 2018 that are getting slick despite plenty of tread, same reason.
My '23 Versa came with Npriz S and it's labeled as "bad" by the dealership at 23k miles and now at 30k they aren't looking good at all to me. One just started a slow leak.
