Tires MICHELIN or YOKOHAMA

MICHELIN Tires

Have had both. Ok my second set of Defenders now. If you want actual on road performance and tread life get the Defenders. In my experience the Michelins are much better in rain.

Pros: on road performance, tread life

This is what I had Michelin Primacy Tour A/S. Warranty is 55K, mine made it to 67k before I just changed them to the Michelin Pilots.

Pros: made it to 67k
Mileage: 67000 km

I do some spirited driving here and there and in general appreciate grip at higher speeds, so the Michelin Pilot Sport 5 is my tyre of choice

Pros: good grip, higher speeds

Have Michelins on it now and it rides great, and the idle has always been slightly rough since new. I have the basic engine and still uses no oil.

Pros: rides great
Cons: idle slightly rough
Vehicle: Kia
Mileage: 96000 km

Pilot Sport AS4 255/35R19s fit the stock Scottsdale rims on the 40th, reckon they'd fit the Adelaides as well, if anyone is looking for something wider & skinnier than 235/40R19. They were noticeably less responsive than the stock 235/35R19 summers that came on the car.

Pros: considerable grip
Cons: less responsive
Vehicle: Volkswagen

I just got new tires on my 2020 Rav4 TRD Off Road. I had the same tires and they were needing replacement at 39,632 miles. They didn’t seem to last very long, granted I just drive it on the road

Cons: didn’t last very long
Vehicle: Toyota
Mileage: 63782 km
