But the best set I have ever owned was a set of Michelin Defenders. Smooth and you always felt glued to the road.

Really liking the road 6's, although I'm not doing 10% off-road. These have been fine in light gravel fwiw.

I really like my Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3 summer tires. Rides great, quiet, seems to stick really well.

I valued snow traction over rolling resistance and got Michelin CrossClimate 2. I’m very happy I did. They are wearing like iron and gripping in all conditions.

I opted for Michelin pilot sport 4S. And I'm so glad I did! Quiet, sticky, hyper responsive, and with a 30k tread wear warranty. So far, I'm really impressed.

Used these on my explorer. Had to replace 3 in the first 3 months. After that, had no problems for 4 years. Had some on my f150, and swapped them for some nitto grapplers and wished I didn't. 95% of my truck driving is on the freeway. They are just so loud and the mpg is 2 to 3 mpg less. The defenders did so much better in the snow on paved roads.

My first time in the rain was the nail in the coffin it's straight up irresponsible that VW put those things on our cars. It's a shame but mine didn't last 1000mi before I got rid of them and that's only because I waited for a sale.
