My personal experience with Kumho is that they make good value for money tires. I'd get them. They score decent in tests and seem to last long wich results in quite low running costs.

Pros: good value for money, last long
Cons: score decent in tests

Kumho Tires

I actually just grabbed a set of Kumho solus 4s all weather for Canadian driving and I absolutely love them on my awd suv! It was between those and the falcon wildpeak AT trail …both had great reviews so I went with the Kumho because slightly cheaper and I think I can see myself buying these again

Pros: absolutely love them
Cons: slightly cheaper

Kumho Tires

Currently have their All-weathers Kumho HA 32. Snowed a ton in BC and having no issues on plowed roads and sidestreets. Handles much better in rain than my OEM Bridgestone Ecopias. Burns ~10-15% more gas in comparison thou.

Pros: no issues on snow
Cons: burns more gas

Spend the extra $ and get the Kuhmos. Kumho Ecsta PA51 is pretty good for a budget UHP tire. It does seem a bit weak on winter traction though….

Pros: pretty good, budget tire
Cons: weak on winter traction

Kumho Tires

I second the kumhos v730. For the price they are pretty hard to beat. They don’t heat up as fast as ao52’s but the grip level is similar and they last longer

Pros: grip level similar, last longer
Cons: don't heat up fast

Kumho Tires

I have NC Miata and run Kumho V730s as a track and autocross tire. Might be like 0.5 sec off the fastest tire over a 60 sec course and holds up well on track.

Pros: holds up well
Cons: 0.5 sec slower

i had the kumho asx in 18" first on my rabbit then transferred to my gti. with them being new on the rabbit, they were great in the dry and wet. after about 18k miles and transferred to the gti, they were great in the dry and wet until tuned. stage 1 was fine but with stage 2 the dry grip was just not there. right when you need traction the most from 4.5k to 6k in second gear the tires just spun. dry traction grip was improved after switching back to the goodyear eagle of the same size. also the road noise got loud as hell.

Pros: great in dry and wet
Cons: dry grip not there, loud
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 18000 km

Kumho Tires

Falken RT660 suck when temps are below 60F as even in the dry the rears won't get enough heat in them to work properly until around runs 5-6. Kumho V730 do better in cool dry weather than the RT660, but they're not a rain tire (at least not here in the Pacific NW).

Pros: better in cool weather
Cons: not a rain tire
Vehicle: Ford Focus
