Put 19" Hankook ION EVO AS on my 2024 performance last week, and so far, I'm a fan. Obviously not enough experience with them yet to have much of an opinion, though.
Hankook ion evo on my 2022 LR. Love em. Don’t care about handling, the car still drives like a go cart in my book. Quiet and efficient tire
I bought Hankook evo for the Lexus and it was very smooth, before I changed the car.
20k on the 19" Hankook Ion EVO AS
So the ride is quieter the handling is quite good and the efficency is amazing.
Hankooks are great. I find them quieter than the Michelins. 2019 M3 LR AWD. Got them in May and drove all over AZ and CO with them. Hwy and off road too. Heavy rain and mud. Haven’t tried them in snow yet.
I have been running 165/80 hankook k435 on my daily driver 1302 for over a year and haven't had any issues so far. Might want to check availability on those too.
I've been on the hankooks for about 6 weeks and I love them. I didn't see an increase in efficiency compared to the Goodyear but they're silent.
The stock tires kind of suck, but I think people here overblow how bad they are. They're acceptable for daily driving, but a lot of people who buy these cars like to drive them like racecars from time to time and in that regard they are pretty terrible.
Hankook makes some of the cheapest crappiest tires. There was an issue with premature wear on the Explorers. Michelin is better but not hugely better. I'd use Continental DWS06 any day of the week.
I did not like this tires on a previous car I had. Did not last long and terrible in snow.
