Tires Hankook or GISLAVED

Hankook Tires

For what its worth, when I purchased a CPO RX350 from the Lexus dealership it came with Hankook Dynapro HP2 and has a H speed rating. The tires were replaced as part of the CPO process. If the speed rating is good enough for Lexus its good enough for me.

Pros: good enough for Lexus
Vehicle: Lexus

I’ve had Hankook DynaPro HT on my 06 4Runner for 8 years. No issues, only 40K. Plenty of tread. But time to replace soon.

Pros: no issues, plenty of tread
Mileage: 64374 km

Yes, it is worth it to spend more money. They will last longer, be more comfortable, have more grip, and make less noise.

Pros: more comfortable, more grip
Cons: more money

They were fine for highway. I got a flat in 1 and decided it was time for an upgrade at 22,500. They had plenty of tread left. They just didn't feel like a truck tire to me.

Pros: fine for highway
Cons: flat tire, didn't feel right
Mileage: 36210 km

I have 4 on my GLI and I doubt they will last 35,000 km. I took them off and put on my winters at 25K and they don't look like they will last much longer. I don't drive my car hard at all. Last winter, with 5000 to 7000 km on them, I could barely move in a parking lot with 10 cm of snow.

Cons: won't last long
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 25000 km
